Service Description
Approximately 20 minutes – completely free and with no obligation to proceed. During the call, we'll have time to discuss what you would like to achieve, take some basic details, and answer any questions you may have. Please watch the 'What's It All About?' video before booking, as this answers many of the most common questions about hypnotherapy. You do not need to book an Introductory Call before arranging your first session; this is entirely your choice. An Introductory Call is strongly recommended if you are seeking help with specific fears or phobias, as it gives us the opportunity to discuss the process, likely timescales, and whether this approach is right for you. Cancellation Policy
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required on all Hypnotherapy Session bookings. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required on all Smoking/Vaping Cessation bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled without the requested notice period may be liable for a charge of the full cost of the session.
