"I’ve always been an on off smoker and I’d quit for a few years. I was so annoyed at myself when I started again in lockdown and just couldn’t stop this time. I was always a social smoker but the odd cheeky one crept in and before I knew it I was back at it every day.

 

I had my stop smoking hypnosis a month ago now and I’m delighted to say I haven’t gone near it again. Nor will I. Kim was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, totally put me at ease and spent time making sure I understood exactly why I wasn’t addicted to smoking.

 

It’s been such a game-changer. I still have to remind myself that I’m not a smoker but it’s early days and it isn’t hard. I truly wanted to quit and I honestly believe that without Kim I would never have got out of my rut. I couldn’t be more grateful. What’s more, cigarettes are so expensive that it’s almost paid for itself already.

 

If you want to quit and you feel like you just need a bit of help, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim.”

"I had my initial consultation with Kim in February and Im not afraid to admit I was more than a little nervous, anxious and somewhat sceptical.


I’ve struggled with Anxiety for what seems like my whole life but infact its about 18 years, it does at times manifest into Alopecia.  I realised conventional methods hadn’t helped me and probably never would.


From my first meeting with Kim my nerves vanished – she was empathic, kind and reassuring.


I am 6 sessions into my treatment and I can honestly say I am like a different person or the person I was before anxiety came to haunt me. I sleep better, I make better decisions, the anxiety is under control and my relationship is better, I am happier.

"I can barely believe it but I have managed to stop vaping. I am having to work to make it stick but I am getting there. Each day is easier than the day before and I happily binned all my kit straight after the session. 

I am still a little moody and down but have been having early nights and keeping busy to take my mind off of it. I can not believe the change in me and my husband is really proud of me as he hated me vaping.

 

The sleep session is working brilliantly with my daughter who is a changed girl after a decent amount of rest.
