What is it?

Persistent low mood and depression can encompass a range of feelings including sadness, hopelessness, isolation, etc. and can continue for weeks or months at a time.  It can have many mental & physical symptoms, effecting your ability to live a happy life.

Does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy has successfully helped many people to learn new coping mechanisms and tools to reduce the effect the symptoms of low mood has on their daily lives.  Everyone is unique, and so to is their journey.

Who gets it?

Mind report that 3 in 100 people in any given week will be experiencing depression in the UK, and mental health issues are on the rise.  Depression is most common between those aged 18-29, but can develop at any age.

How can it effect me?

From persistent feelings of low mood that leave you with no pleasure in things, to overwhelming tiredness, extreme changes in appetite, etc.  It can really effect every aspect of your life and leave you feeling hopeless. 

How long will it take?

Each session lasts approx. 50 minutes.  Clients often have around 8-12 sessions, but everyone is different. You will be in control and we will devise a treatment plan together.  Additional resources are provided to support your journey.
